The customer asked the ABCZ team to develop an app that streamlines medical records preparation and other time-consuming healthcare administration tasks. This product would make care for discharged patients much more efficient because the process of preparing medical records and signing papers for home health agencies could take weeks.
Therefore, the customer wanted to launch a HIPAA-compliant platform app to security store medical information, eliminate paperwork, sign documents on the go, and enable care agencies to access doctors on urgent patient issues.
The ABCloudz team developed an AWS-based solution for iOS mobile platforms and the web app. The app ensures secure and effective document processing between care providers and hospitals. The team focused on designing a seamless user experience and a neat user interface for both mobile and web versions of the app.
To avoid administrative overheads, the ABCZ team integrated eSign signatures in the app. Our solution architects also built a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure that keeps the patients’ data secured. Personal data encryption that simplifies the cash cycle between hospitals and care agencies is one of the app’s basics in terms of security.
While working on this project, the ABCZ team faced numerous significant challenges. Some of them were associated with the specifics of managing medical records over the care of discharged patients. These challenges included organizing not matching hours of service, managing signed papers, and coping with paper overflow as fast as possible.
To solve most paperwork problems, we built a digital platform available on both web and iOS devices. The app manages to create, store, and exchange medication data between patient care agents and hospitals.

With the WellBeam healthcare application, a care agent can instantly ask a hospital for a consultation to clarify all the questions on a patient care plan. Referencing doctors, waiting for their answer, turning it into a prescription, and getting the required documentation on the care plan has never been so easy and fast.
